Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the VEXORA platform (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name, registration number, registered address] ("VEXORA", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
- VEXORA is a software platform. It is not a bank, does not accept deposits and does not provide investment advice.
- Virtual card issuance and the processing of crypto payments for card orders are provided by third-party providers and their partners (including the card issuer and BIN sponsor identified in your card program documentation). Their terms also apply.
- Balances displayed in VEXORA are records of amounts attributable to you under these terms. They are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance.
3. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements of VEXORA and its providers, which may depend on your country of residence and nationality. We require identity (KYC) verification before cards can be ordered and may refuse or suspend service where requirements are not met.
4. Orders and payments
- The price of each card order or top-up is shown before you confirm it. If the price changes before you confirm, you will be asked to review the new price.
- An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Pending, partial or unconfirmed payments are not counted.
- Crypto transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network before the payment window expires.
- If a paid order cannot be completed, the amount paid may be credited to your VEXORA balance. The VEXORA balance can be used for future orders and top-ups and cannot be withdrawn as crypto.
5. Virtual cards
Cards are subject to the card program terms, fees and limits. Mobile wallet availability is not guaranteed. Card features not offered by the provider (for example freezing or closing cards) are not available.
6. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law and use cards only for lawful purposes. You must not share your account, verification codes or card credentials with anyone.
7. Fees
Fees are shown on the Pricing page and before each confirmation. Prices and provider charges may change.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, provider instructions or breach of these terms.
9. Liability

10. Governing law
