Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about cards, payments, top-ups, fees and verification.
General
Who issues the cards?
VEXORA works with a third-party card provider and its issuing partners. Card programs, issuers and eligibility rules are set by that provider and its partners. VEXORA manages your account, pricing, payments and support.
Is VEXORA a bank?
No. VEXORA is a software platform. It is not a bank and does not offer deposit accounts. Balances shown in VEXORA are not bank deposits and are not insured.
Is VEXORA a crypto wallet?
No. VEXORA doesn't hold crypto for you or provide wallets. Crypto you send pays for a specific card order or top-up.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Email verification is required for every account, and identity verification is reviewed by our compliance team before you can order a card.
Which countries are supported?
Availability depends on the card provider's eligibility rules, your country of residence and nationality, and your verification status. Eligibility is checked before you can order.
Ordering & payment
What does a card cost?
Each card has a one-time price, and top-ups have a fee. Your dashboard shows your exact price — including any discounts — before you confirm, and the server re-checks it when you place the order. If the price changed in the meantime, you are asked to review it again instead of being charged.
How do I pay for a card or a top-up?
With crypto: you get a one-time address, the exact amount, the network and an expiry time. You can also pay from your VEXORA balance if it holds enough funds.
When is my payment counted?
Only after the payment provider confirms it. Pending and partial payments are never treated as paid, and a browser redirect is never treated as proof of payment.
What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?
A partial payment is not counted until the full amount arrives. Funds sent on a different network may be permanently lost — always check the network on your payment page. Contact support with your order reference if something went wrong.
What if my payment window expires?
Don't send funds to an expired payment address. The order expires without charge; simply place a new order.
What happens if my order can't be completed?
If you've paid but the card issuer can't complete the order, our team is notified automatically. The order is either completed later or the amount you paid is credited to your VEXORA balance, which you can use for future cards and top-ups.
Can I try it without real funds?
When the platform runs in sandbox mode, orders use the provider's test environment and no real funds or real cards are involved. Sandbox pages are clearly labelled.
Using your card
How long does it take to get a card?
Your order is processed automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, and your order page updates by itself. Some cards take a few extra minutes at the issuer after that.
How much of my top-up reaches the card?
The estimator and your top-up review show the fee, the total you pay and the amount expected on your card. The card issuer reports the final credited amount, which you'll see on your order.
What is the VEXORA balance?
It holds refunds and funds you return from your cards. You can use it to pay for card orders and top-ups. It cannot be withdrawn as crypto.
Can I use my card with mobile wallets?
Only cards marked as wallet-eligible can be added to mobile wallets, and availability depends on the card issuer, your device, your eligibility and your country. VEXORA cannot guarantee wallet acceptance.
Can I freeze or close a card?
The card provider does not offer freezing, unfreezing or closing cards, so VEXORA doesn't either. You can return the unspent balance of an active card to your VEXORA balance at any time.
Where can I see my full card number?
The card provider exposes masked card numbers only, and VEXORA never stores full card numbers or CVV codes. Card credentials are delivered according to the card program's procedures.
Which card network are the cards on?
Cards are issued by the provider's issuing partners. Acceptance depends on the merchant, the card and your country.
